Submit a Help Ticket

To submit a Help Ticket for personalized help, click the yellow circle with the question mark in the bottom-right corner of this page. Doing so will open a form directly on this page. If you need to close the pane that opens and return to this help article, you can do so by clicking the 'X' in the top-right corner of the page.

To begin the process, fill out the appropriate headings. We recommend you fill out the 'Email' heading with the email address of the account you are using. If you would like to use a different email address, you may do so, but please include the email address of the account you are using in the body of your ticket. Please be as descriptive of your issue as possible. If you need to attach a screenshot or document to your help ticket, you may do so by attaching a file using the paperclip icon in the bottom-left corner.

When you are done filling out the form, click the 'Submit' button. You should receive an email notification that your ticket has been created. Depending on several factors, it may take a few days for one of our representatives to review your request and respond.
